Online classes & holidays

In general, course work is distributed more or less equally over the semester’s weeks. In my experience, most students like to know what to expect each week, and prefer to maintain consistency by working through mid-semester holidays. At least for online classes, the preference for most is to keep the class going, instead of bending and twisting the calendar for one or another short holiday. Of course, major breaks are honored. Finally, if a holiday interferes with your ability to do the week’s work, please don’t hesitate to write me a note: we will make a separate arrangement.
